Analytics

A full report suite with WooCommerce-admin parity - Revenue, Orders, Products, Variations, Categories, Coupons, Taxes, Downloads, Stock, and Customers.

Analytics is the deep end of the dashboard: the WooCommerce Analytics reports, rebuilt inside StoreSuite’s frontend so your team never needs wp-admin to answer a numbers question.

The reports

Each report is its own item under Analytics in the sidebar:

What every report gives you

  • Summary KPIs across the top, each compared against your comparison period.
  • An interactive chart - switch between line and bar, and group by day, week, month, quarter, or year.
  • A sortable, paginated data table with column visibility controls and a CSV download of the current view.
  • Advanced filters specific to the report (product, category, coupon, order status, customer type, and so on).
  • Date-range comparison - previous period or previous year.
  • A “Data status” bar when WooCommerce’s scheduled analytics import is enabled, so you know whether the numbers are fully imported.

Order numbers in report tables link to the StoreSuite order details page, and any WooCommerce admin links are rewritten to their frontend dashboard equivalents - you stay inside the dashboard.

Analytics settings

The Settings report configures how the numbers are calculated (these are the WooCommerce Analytics options, so they apply store-wide):

  • Excluded statuses - order statuses left out of report totals.
  • Actionable statuses - statuses that need admin attention.
  • Default date range - the range reports open with.
  • Date type - which order date (created, paid, or completed) the Revenue and Orders reports use.

Responsive

The reports are built for small screens too: the header stacks, summary stats collapse to one per row, charts align to the page gutter, and the table actions row wraps.
